Ok I have been a bounty hunter for about 1-2 months now and I am having some issues.
1. My template is MCM, MBH, 0400 carbs.
2. My weapons I use are - Proton carb. DPS - 469 Damage - 500-1000 And a Advanced Laser rifle 600-1160 damage
3. I am having a hard time not only killing Jedi,and winning in duels and what not.
4. I am using battle armor - and rebel recon armor. I take a bunch of different food combos depends on how and who I am fighting. I have been playing this game for over a 1 1/2 now and have never had such a hard time winning.
Thanks for any help on this problem.

Have you noticed jedi using armor break on you? If so, you should get your armor sliced to resist the armor break move. Armor break reduces your armors protections for a short period of time almost making you die as fast without using any armor.
Also, are you running up to jedi? You should shoot far away as you can from a jedi and then use some sort of snare or slowing effect move. Then when they get closer reapply or kite around. If you think you are goingt to die don't be afraid to use burstrun.

Armor break from time to time, but not to often. I am thinking it might be how I am using my template. I might not be using it to it's full advantage? I love playing the game and I love PVP, but when I use to be pretty damn good and now I can't even get a kill it becomes tough to continue playing the way I like to.

Do have an Attack on auto? if so take it off. you need to stay at range or as close as possible to it. you have no root and I'm sure with out SEAs your Speed Accuracy and defenses are not top of line with this template. So play keep away save Paralyse for when a Jedi enters 10 meters. Make sure you DoT them with everything. make sure you have them snared when kiting. Use Underhand shot intellegently. Remeber to torso and adv crit imediately after underhand. But find someone who is willing to duel you for a bit and pratice different tactics and find what works best for you. FYI energy layered Recon is superior to battle armor against jedi. PSGs only block Ranged Energy Attacks. Use Booster Blue instead of Pixie.
