The path of Jedi is not for the faint of heart...it is a huge investment of time, and not for the casual gamer, it was never intended to be, unfortunatly, due to lack of proper testing there have always been ways to circumvent the intended investment in both time and character development...this allows some who are perhaps not as dedicated to an enjoyable gaming experience for all, to advance when they are not in fact properly entitled to do so...it also forces many others to just play catch up in order to ensure that their experiences and that of their friends and allies are still enjoyable. both of these factors lead to quite a bit of hostility and hard feelings between different personality types, and people in different types of personal situations.

I can only speak for myself, although there are plenty of others...I have spent far more time playing the game than I believe any employee of SOE orLucasartshas spent in the development process...it's a shame they don't actively recruit players for their QA team...I know the pay ain't great, but the reason why we keep getting broken mechanics, bugs, and exploits going live is that those who are charged with QA do not have the benefit of the dedicated end users perspective. TC testers are only helpful when large numbers report the same issue, and fanfest input is for the most part, garbage, most go with an agenda and it becomes a matter of the number of loud voices spouting catchy phrases as opposed to a rational dialogue.

Recognizing this, the root of the current situation, we must find ways, as a player base to have fun here in our GAME, we can't change the past, we barely effect the future, just as in the real world, the best choice we can possibly make is to focus on enjoying ourselves, having fun, finding something to get excited about, growing as individuals, being there for our loved ones, and assisting each other in developing a strong, positive community.

Don't blame the other guy, have fun folks, it is just a game, its what we make of it, give a hoot...don't pollute, only you can prevent forest fires, and don't mess wit Texas.
