Okay, I know I have to be combatant to get into an Imp PVE base to jam the uplink...but where are these bases?

Also does the jam take time? Really dont have alot of people to tank with, so can I run in "jam" and run out?

Also...does the weapon you hold when getting the BH mission affect the CL lvl of the bounty? AM grinding Investigation 3, and the majority of the hunts were cl 45, and 56 now they are all 75...not a big deal...but why all of a sudden are they higher cl?

dont know about the base thing but the reason for CL change was pub 20. it was a fix.

The bases are randomly put down by players to gain control over an planet. If you're combatant you will ofcourse have to fight the npcs surrounding the bases if its PvE bases.

Jamming the uplink doesnt take much effort and is pretty straight forward.
