First things first. I am not the best. I lose most of the time or end in a draw. Several times I quit fighting just before the Jedi's ran out of Force after using a Holocron (they tell me this).
Defeating the toughest Jedi defenders can happen for anyone I believe but it takes time to do.
This guide is from a MP MBH CM4xxx perspective. I also played with MCM but gave it up to master Pistols.
1. First of all you need to get some items.
a. Very low SAC guns with the highest low range you can find (Kinetic Damage weapons like FWG 5 work best right now vs energy shields etc..).
b. SAC reducing Power ups. (low SAC means you can slowly over time continue the preasure on the Jedi's force pool) {you will never Gun a Jedi down with aggressive firing}
c. Best healing stims you can buy. (Used only when your knocked down and recovering with Jedi Wailing on ya) use normal heals for other healing needs.
d. Recon Armor with Master Smuggler armor brake Slice Applied 75%. ( I use Primus layerd so I can PvE and PvP in same suit Always over 7500 on energy though). I'd go with 7000 energey if I had to but prefer more. Also you can use full Energy layered can get over 8k energy on those with layers.
e. Synth Steak (use this when down and the Jedi is on top of you wailing)
f. Spice of your choice. Try and avoid any spice/food/drink that reduces any stat. (Use spice as last resort for Action/mind boosts in a tough fight)
g. Personl Shield Generator (Energy).
h. Parawan Nutcake for (Burst Run).
******2. Primary Stratagy
a. When starting the fight think survive and not destroy. This is the most important advice I can give you therefore before you take a shot you should have been buffed and drank your buff drinks. Leave food for steak. ****************
3. First thing you do is Duelist stance.
4. Knock Down shot followed with disarming shot and what ever you like (I use torso shot (bleed),Critical shot and Quick draw in a macro with 3 second pause about 4 successive shots).
5. Ok you took some shots now its time to survive. You should have both healing abilities, Knockdown recovery, Healing Stim, dueslist stance, Steakand disarming shot all in same little area on your button bar if you use mouse. The Jedi is going to try and get you to screw up. He will hit you hard and try and find a sweet spot were you forget to heal a bit and then KD you, root you and Armor brake you then that nasty Saber hit. You can survive this...this is how you win. Period.
You win by Saving that Steak, Heal Stim, duelist stanceand using disarming shot while he is on top of you. A lot of times you will need to spam healing if you are rooted. (Remember when he gets Armor brake on you to try and move away. moving away is more important than hitting him).
Once you are rooted he will eventually try to knock you down. This is the ONLY time to use those heal Stims (when your trying to knock down recovery and he is wailing on you). Save the STIMS! Also good time to pop a steak and try and get a duelist stance on (must remain in place to do this). It is tricky trying to get all this in there and keep your healing up at same time. This is how All Jedi try and trap you.
Any time you see Armor brake on your character or you are knocked down you need to be prepared for the above Jedi tactic.
Again;
Jedi KD's you thenyou prepare to survive and move off when you get the chance.
Some tactics of your own during this time would be to try an Advance Arms hit to knock him down or Knock down shot then move off and (Heal, duelist stance) Stopping Shot. This is were I like to let go my little Crit/Quickdraw macro. You can also try to keep him pinned down by cycling your stopping shot and knock down.
Remember survival is the most important thing. (Stims while down, steak, dueslist stance, move off)
Having a shooting macro helps a ton to use while your moving your character. Do not over due the macro because it can prevent you from healing etc..
Now if your doing all this a cycle will begin. One in which could last an hour or more unless he or you screws up or he runs outa force he will either run away or cloak.
Ive also been playing with robot macros to throw my combat Robot out there and have it attack just to get the Jedi's mind off his game so he might make a mistake.
A lot of Jedi will be surprised if you survive the above tactic enough. Many of them will lose early on if they are not used to BH's surviving the KD/Root/Armor Brake/Saber hits tactic. They will spam their force and go OMG this guy is alive and I have no Force.
This is when you get 250k and the I was lagged tells =).
Be prepared to lose a lot. The best thing to do is get a decent armor set and learn while wearing it and save the best armor for later when you get your tactics down good.
Once the cycle start and I get comfortable with a Jedi fight I begin to Pepper debuffs and Crit shot lightly to help reduce their Force faster but I keep survival as my main goal always.
Also if they trap you. You will need to watch that mind bar (mind/actions drinks FTW). If your mind gets below 25% its time to KD or Stop shot him and move off awhile to regen. Sometimes I take the Spice at this point for a last boost to the system. That spice can also cost you the fight if your not carefull with withdrawal symptoms.
Im sorry this message is such a mess as I just was thinking out loud while imagining a fight.
PvE the gun damage is king. In PvP for Jedi I think SAC is king with damage/speed second.
I use Stopping shot and KD effectively at times to keep the Jedi far enough away.
Always think Survival but you will occasionaly get a Jedi that blows his force to early or is just weak/bad PvPerand you will know these soon into the fight and they will die fairly quickly. You can become more aggressive on these but be carefull of a wolf in sheeps clothing.
I still lose or draw most of the time so if you have any aditional stratagy please let me know.
Im working on a health buffed up set of Energy Recon Armor that I hope will help some as well as trying to locate a good gun with high min damage low SAC.
Good luck and hope this helps some of you. Remeber do it a lot and you will learn and get good at it (thats what my wife tells me anywways...). I am hoping some day I can kill 3-4 Jedi in 2 hours. thats good cash flow =).
Armor brake makes a Jedi. It is the Jedi's main weapon to destroy you. ****You must get Armor Brake slice.****

Please add your stratagy and improvement ideas.

CriticalShot will destroy most PSG's when using Energy weapons.. Its just something i notised while running some tests! ![]()
Of cource this will not apply on the ADK'ed PSG's some people tend to have!
Anyway, good post, good to let people who still doubt or use wrong tactics in on your "secret"...![]()

Nice write-up.
Also, if you are Master Pistoleer, get yourself a Trandoshan Supressor Pistol and have it damage sliced. Trust me. I also put a damage pup on mine that takes the min damage before elemental (which is an additional 120)up to 500. A high min damage is critical when it comes to fighting Jedi with high defenses. It does energy, but it doesn't take long to rip through a psg and some Jedi still wear belts so I don't see that as a huge deal. I switch to my SAC pup'd FWG5 when my action gets low and try to surviveand switch back to the Trando when its back up to 3/4 or so.

While this is true, if you can find an Imperial Prototype PSG, it will add +10 to your accuracy (every little bit helps).

nice guide for generic template or situation.
I as a jedi post cu have never had a fight last more then 10min not sure where all these hour long fights are at.
One or the other of us runs out out of action or mind way before that, I just try to make sure it's the BH that does.
As for AB , think most jedi over use it. I my self may apply it if I get the chance, but I don't keep the BH stated with it most are ranged and if I do get them KD's I'd rather wail on them with my high DBS hits then AB, they'll be up and running from me if I don't.
I'm a MLS so AB takes away from my dps. I have enough specials to rotate to keep high damge hits comming so AB actually takes away from my dps.
My experiance as Jedi is that Most BH's fail to use the first strike well or fail to understand the jedi profession and what certain temps can and can't do.
Every BH that has blown their Frist strike against me has lost, no I don't use /duel I just assume everone I don't know is a BH and out to kill me.

Try Exo-Protein Wafers, 5 filling, 18-22 seconds duration, 25% damage mitigation.
