You cant save enough xp to train BH 3xxx at 0xxx, I dont know about 1xxx, though. But the general concensus seems to be to cap xp at 0xxx, then train 1xxx and 2xxx at the same time, and then just grind up the tree.
If you are 2xxx, you can also jam uplink terminals in faction bases for 1000 xp each.

I believe you need to have invest 3to jam the uplink terminals in bases, double check the stickies though, as I can't remember this second. But once you get to invest 3, jamming uplink terminals gets you 1k BH exp so the grind is faster...only 2 times faster though, since you get ~500 BH exp for the missions at this Invest level, and you have to find the bases first, unless you have a friend that is opposite faction and can tell you where to find them. Plus you'll miss out on the loot you get from missions.

The easiest way to grind the invest tree is to pull missions at invest 0 until you have 10k exp, the exp cap bythe way at invest 0, and train both invest 1 and 2 at the same time. The rest of the grind isn't so bad really, took me a few days of straight missions to get it accomplished when I did it. Not to mention all the nice loot that went along with it, and all the POI badges I got just by driving all over the galaxy. If you do the missions this way, there's a BH terminal right outside the Kaadara starport, and the informant you need is to the right, out near the gate out of the city...travel out until you get the "You have left Kaadara" meassage (about 400m) and drop your Arakyd (you dont need to leave you bike to call or program it by the way), and travel back to the terminals. Once it updates, if you don't like the planet (ie. if you're lower lvl and the mark is on Yavin or Dathomir) you can just drop it and repeat the steps until you geta mark on a different planet, or one you want.
