I ama MBH/MP/CM4xxx. Im getting knocked down more than a tramp by a hobo on a saturday night? What gives? I dont have any CA or AA for defense against KD. is there any? do they work? is there a food that gives resist to KD?

I've learned to accept it. I have a +8 Resistance to KD or something but there is no change. The 30 second timer is all the saves me.

You will get KD'd by a Jedi a lot, there are CA's and AA's available ingame that are called " Defense vs Knock Down" but they are bugged/do not work.

Get used to that odd screenview of you running in one direction when your actually KD'd and hit the "KD recovery" button as soon as you see that, and be careful not to try to heal if you think your going to get KD'd because you will remain on the ground for the remainder of the cooldown timer on the heal. If you happen to have hit Paralyze on the CM tree then your through... thats a whole 10 seconds of the Jedi beating on you when your KD'd

are you describing how the can't kd recover while KD bug is intiated? I need to know that please.

what specials should I avoid to keep it from happening?

If your using any CM ability once your KD'd or at the moment you are getting KD'd ( essentially you are on the ground with a yellow box around the CM ability you were trying to perform ) you will stay on the ground until the timer on that ability is reset. Paralyze packs a whopping 10 seconds with it, so don't paralyze if you suspect the jedi is about to KD you.
