Same happened to me, and he was AFK with a heal macro going so If I ever got him down to half health before it regenerated he would just heal it anyways

oh i just had a seriously funny story. Marks on wndor at DWB i ask for a group get in same group as my mark, at this point im thinking i wanna go in dwb and ill leave him alone. 2 mins later he says oh no i got to log cya later, so i was like damn oh well no matter ill go DWB, then instead of logging out he just discons and goes LD
So in other words this dude is atleast x4xx enhancer, x44x defender.
This is the FOTM now it seems because Force Armor 2 works well with Force Aura and ranged defense line of Defender. Most likely has CA's with ranged defense and taking ranged defense food. For these guys its a must to be master CM to slow them down and keep fire and poison on them to drain their force. It may take 45 minutes to beat them but you can do it.
