Thread: Whats up with assault armor?

Umm, this has probably been asked so lemme just ask, why is it that bh's get totally cert'd for assault armor, yet i seem to notice assault armor has really high kinetic resists yet lower energy. I mean i know were supposed to be hunting just for kicks which is good for kinetic, but everyone knows many goal of bh's are to just fight jedi for cash/pride/to be mean whatever and soe knows it. That said why dont we get cert'd for like reconaissance armor which im pretty sure gets higher energy resists. Or... is soe just doing this to us like ya know oh say:A kid with the sun, an ant farm, and a magnifying glass.

Why do BH's get cert for Assault, the ultimate Kinetic armor?
The short answer, Poor Planing
The BH is known for close quarter combat. He (just assume He/She/It) has to get in, make the kill, and get out. He is an assailant. Most ofhis bounties are of a melee profession and thus expected to do kinetic damage.
The BH is a close up and personal killer
A Lightsaber is an unique weapon. It does not shoot an energy bolt or projectile. It does not cause blunt force trauma. It delivers neither energy nor kinetic damage. It should have it's own classification and should be defelected by specialy layered armor.
Or you could take the movies examples of two swords clashing, the light blades bouncing or scraping off scafling, floors, and walls: thus concluding it is a melee or kinetic weapon.
Lastly you could theroize it is a blade of energy, focused through a finley tuned crystal.

It is as the Dev's created it. Kinda of like the answer your parents give you. "Becasue I said so".

Why the hell does every publish have bugs, becauseyour developer teamdoesn't know what they're doing...
that should be your answer for every question you have about this game.
