really, care to share how to calculate this? I would like to know.
I don't know if it's still true but supposedly when the tracking droid first reports the position of the mark when you get on planet, the mark becomes "spooked" from seeing the droid and will begin to head towards a starport at a certain speed as if he was trying to escape off planet.
From this it is supposed to be possible to plot an intercept route on your bike, or travel to a shuttle port to cut him off from getting to the starport.
Not sure if this is the case anymore as my marks tend to move about randomly from waht I've seen.
This is how I think it is supposed to work cuz i've had marks get to a starport city and then my droid says they are off planet. I wish they would fix this to make the npc missions more like jedi missions. Its funto try and beat npc's and jedi to a shuttle and to a starport city. its add excitement and i wish we saw more of this excitement in npc missions
