Thread: Force Cloak...how should I look upon it?

Today, two jedi I fought used force cloak..it seemed like they would pop it right before they were about to get creamed...Then they would just sit there....And i would wait...right in front of them. I said "Fight"...and oneof thejedi said "I am". Is force cloaking out of battle considereda fighting ability too? In the end, it didn't make a difference, because I still won 
, but it was very annoying, and I was afraid he was going to keep the cloak on until my food ran out (or even worse...my spice). He cloaked long enough for the music to stop playing...if that tells you anything. I want to hear what you guys think. Should I b!tch some more? xD

What is the "Bandage Exploit"? I was accused of using it (by the same jedi i talked about above). I don't have bandages if thats what he is talking about, I'm a novice doc

I really hope you're not asking people what YOUR OPINION should be, especially on a board so full of whiners and flamers (which is also what the Jedi boards are like so don't jump on my back.)

Force Cloak = (/target mark + Bomb droid)* denonite droid = dead jedi) = Happy BH

Force Cloak ? OMG thats got to be the lamest thing I have ever heard of. Why don't they just give them all Vader Force Choke so they can go arrond choaking everyone they see to death. Why not ?

Yup that is so true. I get hate tells all the time any from I'm 64 levels higher then the jedi to I should not be hunting Imperial Jedi, to I had no force or I was out of Stims, or my favorite "I left my saber at home" (TKM doing his TKM thing)
I only cry exploit when it's a real problem like " Can not use KD recovery while KD)
A few times I went LD and died, I lived with that. I cut my loses, got my cyber arms replaced with real armsand got another jedi mission.

Force cloak is cheap and should have never been put in the game. Mind trick would have been fine if they could use it on one target at a time and if it lasted around as long as it does in Jedi Academy, I could accept that - but even then it would get on my nerves. They really messed up with force cloak - do you really think I'm THAT "weak-minded".Sheesh.

umm so you fought 2 jedi and killed them? Im missing the complaint about force cloak here, you still won and collected your bounty. Just because its "annoying" to you doesnt mean there is anything wrong with cloak.
Like another bh suggested, use a bombdroid to kill them and go about your merry way.
No I dont consider bombdroids an exploit, force cloak isnt supposed to make you invincible, it was put ingame to aid in escape or sneak around in pvp to get a first strike against your enemy. If the jedi is cloaked and just standing there to get bombed instead of running, thats his problem.

i love it when jedi use cloak on me.....get a few friends to come and "watch" your fight get enogth of them and the jedi can watch his force pool drop to zero every time they cloak

As is running into houses, standing on bridge in ryaat trail, and *edited*, but you Jedi don't seem to think much of exploiting unless it's used against you. Not to mention my /cover is useless against Jedi as well with /target.

I say any exploiting is wrong no matter who does it. and guess what most Jedi feel the same way. Dont take a few people doing something and turn it into "ALL JEDI SUPPPORT EXLOITING"
second of all if you /target a cloaked jedi a Bombdroid can be used to attack and kill.
guess what this is not intended as stated by the dev team.
So using a Bomb droid on a cloaked Jediis an exploit.
