I dealt with my first jedi last night who got into a friends vehicle to try and escape. I heard a rumor that a knockdown shot would remove him and sure enough it did. I know this is old news but some of the new BH might find it useful.

That's why you should have a /target"player name" macro. Even if he is in a vehicle, it will target him specifically.
I've knocked a few people out of them. Takes them by surprize more often than not. I had one jedi after the fight /tell me ,"Holy @#$%. You scared the h3ll out of me." ....lol
I had tracked him to Dantooine. I knew he'd be coming back for missions so, I just waited at the outpost. Soon as he entered on his speeder, my macro targeted him. One underhand shot and he was forcefully ejected from his ride.

name of macro: tj <-- or whatever you want. I use that - short for "target jedi". Easy to remember.
/tar jediname; <-- just type in the name of the mark you currently have.
/pause 1;
/macro tj; <-- causes macro to repeat itself after the 1 second pause.
It's a pretty simple macro but it works great.
