I have a jedi
I have a Bounty Hunter.

Just because you can't beat a Jedi, does not mean Jedi are to strong. It means you are not good at playing your template. There are many combo's of Bounty Hunter / others that can easy defeat a Jedi Knight. All the Bounty Hunters who do this, know exactly what I am talking about.

All I have to say is, I do Enjoy killing Jedi. I do Enjoy playing one. I am probably on my Bounty Hunter more then my Jedi. However.

If BH's keep crying about the strength of jedi, Jedi will be so nerfed, that there will be no point in Hunting them.

Right now, thew thrill comes from defeating a Jedi that you know is 1.5 times stronger then you. After Jedi becomed Nerfed to hell, What sense of Accomplishment will you have in killing one? It won't be a big deal. It won't make you an "uber bounty hunter". It just means you can defeat a class that has been nerfed into Dildo whielders.

PRE CU- I was a Defense/state stacker. I had a template that allowed me to be immune to dizzy, knockdown and Intimidate while also having high defenses. With a 1200 LVA i could kill a Jedi Knight in 1 minute.

POST CU - Jedi where stronger and more of a challenge which apealed to me. I LIKE knowing a killed somebody who is suposed to be strong then me. However all this crying from players who suck are going to take that away from many people who play the game to defeat Jedi.

When you kill a Fencer you dont say, "Oh sh*t i just laid out that fencer" because what is the point? its just another profession.

Thats exactly what is going to happen to Jedi and it ruins the game for JEDI and for BOUNTY HUNTERS.

True, I might drop my current template and go for some FOTM just so I can face a particular jedi-template. But then again I might as well behave like a real BH and just hit them with their pants down. Takes a bit of patience and planning but at least I get my payouts.

Jedi running from you is the same as defeating them. Also if double mastery Jedi do run from you (which I know they don't) you are probably on the most pathetic server in the game

and yes I have beat an mdef mhealer, mdef menhancer, mdef mls, etc.. etc..


-TK = better armor then jedi
-Docters = better healers
-all melee and range have better weapons then Jedi
-range = snare > jedi
-range = root > jedi
-jedi can't were armor
-Jedi can only have KD recovery
-States pwn Jedi


The only thing that makes a jedi 1.5 times stronger then normal professions is there healing. Well with whiners like yourself. That is gone to.

killing Jedi will not even be fun anymore all because of some underskilled noobs

I've gone from hunting jedi because its fun, to hunting jedi so these idiots dont get to knight anytime soon.

Its much easier to kill Jedi if you are used to playing one yourself . You know what hurts, and what doesnt.

First off you can't have 50% of all PvP running around being 1.5 times stronger than the rest. It might work with just a few Jedi but atm we simply have to many of those buggers.

Have you ever taken on a 180k+ Jedi 1on1? I agree with you, I enjoy killing them but I don't fight them any more. I get loads of hate /tells because I play "unfair" ("dude, I was just dueling!" "loser, killing me at the bazaar is soooo lame" "wtfwtf omg!!!11 why did that droid blow up and kill me?!! cheater!!!1).

"Fighting" Jedi involves around 20-30 min of constant kiting, draining their force. That's not a fight, that's ridiculous. It takes as much "skill" as soloing krayts...

I dont take mission on Jedi, I just fight them. People know me on my server and what I can /have done.

I have beaten jedi KNights. I have beaten Higher then Jedi Knights. What lots of bounty hunters need to learn is the in's and outs of Jedi. What they can do. What template the Jedi they are hunting is. If you are hunting Jedi for the money, your lost. Bounty Hunters can Solo DJM's with the average template so, you could make a few dozen million doing that. Though Hunting jedi should be about the money for Bounty Hunters, IMO its unbalanced. When a Jedi hits knight. There mission should be worth at least 1 million Credits. However only 1 bounty Hunter may fight him at a time. Now....

I have seen Master Defenders One hited by Bh's with last ditch

I have seen full template jedi defeated in melee combat with the right TK built...

BOunty Hunters need to adapt to kill Knights and higher. You can still hunt jedi if your not a Master Bounty hunter. There are tons of templates that can easy killa Jedi

The most feared by jedi atm are TK/DOC becuase they can tank the hits and heal bretter then the Jedi. Heck you could just get Invest, and a healing line in Doc etc..

Tons and Tons of ways to kill High level Jedi. Just because YOUR template may not be able to do it, does not mean it Can't be done...

Every bounty hunter template should not be able to kill a Jedi.

IMHO Bounty Hunter should be an unlocked Profession like Jedi so they are just as strong as a jedi. So when a BH does come after a jedi its a reall cool fight. However that won't happen
