I have the +10 arm and the special states that it does a ranged db but when I tried to use it, it said something like "invalid target" after I tried to use it on a jedi that I had incapped. I ended up having to settle to for a tripple incap on him instead.

Neither. The Ranged DB is not ingame. There is an arm that states that it is but it does not work.

Oh really? I'd like to see this arm that specificly states its a range deathblow. Last I checked both arms just said they "Do lots of damage"

I don't have one but there are reports of one arming stating that it has a Ranged DB mod. It has been tested and it does not work. Check the Rifleman Forums.
