1) Will bleeding damage uncloak a jedi?
2) Do bleed attacks stack on each other? (as in, if I shoot 3 torso shots, then will the bleed damage show up again later at 3 different points?)
3) How do I increase the amount of bleed damage done.

bleeding will not uncloak jedi, they do not stack, but hitting with a new torso shot will refresh the timer..and you can not make them stronger, it is based on the weapon you are using i believe.

you know it would be nice in a role play sense make a jedi bleed, then use a tool to take a blood sample and get a small reward (10k) for his blood.

Correct, I haven't tested the exact damage on the BH bleed but it is probably the same as the horrible Fencer bleed right now, 33% of the max damage of your weapon, before armor calculations.
Fencer bleeds do stack 3 times if you hit in the same hit location (no way to tell if you hit the same hit location unless you see the combat spam ticking 2 bleeds or 3 bleeds.)It takes 19 seconds for the bleed to actually tick the small ammount of damage off and I think it is 21 seconds for BH's and Jedi bleed to tick.

I kind of wish bleed was more effective. It is a good attack though, along with Critical and Headshot. You might as well throw it in every once in a while.

It used to be a lot more effective, at least back when Pistoleer had something like 2-3 bleed shots back in the day. They were stackable and pretty useful, which is probably why they were removed and placed elsewhere and the stacking somewhat removed.

This is easy, i miss my old TorsoShot, on a good hit it made them Burn 500+ a tick
Now i almost never bother using TorsoShot cause the bleeds just make everything seem so messy
