pretty sweet one, too. Hard hitting, fast as any gun in the game, with pistol-like SAC.

so if i was master Bh/ M carb, would it be viable?

I like my LLC for PVE and the Carbine for PVP.

You wouldnt be quite the same as a MBH/Master Rifleman, but you should be alright with it. If you have one with good speed you should be alright, and I know that MBH/Master Carbineer has a fair general accuracy.
