My personal belief for success vs teh Jedi Full Spec w/o pre curb sabers.. This is from a MBH Master Carbineer Combat Medic 4000 point of view.
Armor
Battle Armor with at least 7000 energy resist or more.
Fully Sliced 100% customized with 75% armor break reduction.
Maxed Melee Defense through BE clothing (e.g Bandolier / Shirt)
Maxed Carbine Defense
Maxed Carbine Speed
Maxed Carbine Acc
Maxed General Ranged Speed
Maxed General Ranged Acc
Weapons
E-11 Mark2 Carbine
1063 max dmg
74 SAC cost before pup
17 Accuracy
28.75% maxwound
12% speed slice
29% SAC PuP bringing your SAC to 51 ( you will never run low on Action)
57+ power Bomb Droids
Food
BoosterBlue
Kanali Wafers
Crispic
Pikatta Pie
Pica Thundercloud
Vegaparsine
Ruby Bliel
Spiced Tea
Blob Candy
Pariwan Nutricake
Stims
1200+ Stim Pack D's
And of course all the Patience in the world.
The only problem I have vs Full Spec Jedi on a hunt are their ability to either Force Cloak or Force Run... but if played right, you should not die to the jedi. You may not always get the kill but with this setup you will definately wear out their mindor their force... at this point... they will run.
Any ideas on how to keep the current setup but prevent them from playing ring around the rosie with force run til tef wears or stop the force run for the escape.. Open to suggestionsother then changing the template.

get medic 0020 and get +25 heal eff and a droid for healing mbh/mc/pistols 0003 medic 0020
use stopping shot when they start running

Well im MBH/MCARB/MMARKS/Pistol 0-0-0-3
I use a pup'd MKII with 77Sac 1186 max giving me 666DPS
Only Food/drugs i use are Breath of Heaven and a Pixie.
My Modded stats are;
Speed: 153 (although im maxed at 145)
Accuracy: 288
Melee Defense: 276
Ranged Defense: 302
I also use some 1269 Stims when needed.
Still a pain in the arse to take down a full template Jedi, think ive won more than ive lost though
