Ok like most everyone that got the game i bought the game with the desire to reach a level where i could be something like a jedi or a sith ( i know slap me he he ) but after reading through the boards I decided to pursue the profession ofa bounty hunter

Currently:

I am a marksman workingon master marksman, and already working on carabines and rifleman (novice) skills as well as some brawler skill boxes. and guess my question is wether this can be done or nor, and whihc would be the better (beter not fastest) way to reach MBH

I was planning on:

Taking some brawler skills, rifleman, carabineer, and medic (combat medic) but can this even be possible? I was told thatI could not accquire all of these skillsand put them to use wisely? can someone explain? and what would my template be? I hear everyone talking about template this and template that but im a bit lost on that.

Currently I am al level 15 and i am kind of new to this, i have made friends with high level MBH and Carabineers but I would like to get some idea of whatwould be the best way to get to MBH from where i am at?

Forget about any Brawler skills. My current template is: Master Carbineer, 0/4/4/4 BH, and 4/0/0/0 Combat Medic. Basically, choose your favorite weapon type, be it Pistols, Carbines, or Rifles, and master that first. Then, start on some healing proffesion, and since you wont be able to master all of a healing proffesion (you need room in SP for MBH) choose a tree that is based on healing most. Mastering a weapon class and having decent healing abilities really helps you out in the long run. By the way, you cannot master all 3 weapon types. Takes too many Skill points.

Exploration 4 in scout, ranged support 4 in marksman will unlock the BH skill tree. Lvl up in rifles/carbines/pistols as you will need to be a master in one of those prof's to even be competeative in PvP with Jedi.

As for a full template it's up to you on what you want. If you plan on hunting Jedi, which it sounds like....CM4xxx is pretty much a must.

I am goin MBH/MCM/Carbines x4xx just cause I like carbines.......

Check out the template thread for some ideas....Happy Hunting

ok so scratch brawler then huh? I already have all the skill boxes for marksman, almost done with master marksman, I also have the novice rifleman and novice carabineer that are about 75% done

I do have some medic skillboxes ready, I'd say I am about 2 on each colum and halfway thgouhg the third ones.

And whats with the x/x/x/4 ? does that mean all 4 skill boxes for the ranged support portion of the marksman? so 4/x/x/x would be all rifles right?

Since i already have all the boxes for marksman filled wont that hinder my template in the long run, in that I wouldnt be able to get most of the other combat medic skills needed?

Sorry for the noob question but this is my first online mmorpg so i feel kinda lost on a lot of things he he.

thanks in advance

how do you fare against jedis with this template?

Yes that is my ultimate goal to hunt jedis, but im trying to make it so that i can become at least a bit more self sufficient... powerful with carbines or rifles and good enought to heal myself from time to timeor at least to keep up with jedis
