What is the easiest way i can get the investigation columns other than doing those missions only for 200xp each....

Sorry, investigation is nota column you just wiz through, you're gonna have to do those 200xp missions...
From novice, cap your xp, train in 1xxx and 2xxx, then you should be half way to three. After that, you're going to have tojam bases or actually do the missions.

Jamming Terminals....I need someone who knows what they are doing to throughly explain how to do this,I heard you can do it yourself and that you need a smuggler and commando and stuff. Also if you know where I can find npc bases

Grind it. Now is much easier than before. You can get decent money, and start to learn how to hunt your marks. Oh, and now you have decent loot too. If you are not capable to grind it, you are not a true BH.

It does take a bit of time....
But you are making money along the way so it is not that bad...

You need to be combatant at the minimum for the PVE bases or special forces for the PVP bases.
PVE bases are always vulnerable, PVP bases (special forces) have a vulnerability window that is set by whoever owns the base, you have to be lucky or have a spy on the inside to hit the window.
Basically do a /find imperial or /find rebel (depending on your faction) to find your nearest base, kill everything that is defending it, go to the uplink terminal on the wall and click use. Then you do a little safe-cracking type "mini-game", set off an alarm or 2 and get 1000xp.

You can only do NPC missions until you reach Investigation II. You should not train Investigation I, but keep doing missions until you cap on your xp and train I and II at the same time. xp per time for Inv I missions is way better than for Inv II missions.
After you have Inv II, you can either slice base terminals or continue doing NPC missions. You will get more xp per mission at this level, but you wont match the 1000 xp you get per base terminal. Just join a PvE base buster team and blow up some bases with them.
