STOP THE WHINING!!
Geez, I have been an MBH since last fall with about 100 solo kills at this point. There will ALWAYS be a tactic that gives a Jedi an advantage sometimes.
Just get over it! You have a few choices:
1) Drop the mission and move on to a different Jedi;
2) Continue to stalk the Jedi - that IS part of our profession after all. Plus, he can't grind if you are always after him; or
3) Just wait him out. Go do another mission, kill bols, fly in space, kill necrosis, etc.
This is no different than any other reason (with the possible exception of the old FD trick) that we can't kill a Jedi, and there are plenty of those reasons around . . . space, Kashyyyk, houses, logged, bugged, a better PvP'er . . . .
Grow a pair so that your voice changes from that high pitched, whiney Vienna Boys Choir voice to the strong Boba Fett voice.

That I assume would be the strong Fett Pre dvd voice as opposed to the muttering dvd version of the voice?

I found Bobba Fett's voice to very non-manly/non-intimidating actually
Sort of Stephen Hawking meets Yoda meets Riff Raff from Rocky Horror lol
