Thread: NPC errors (Boba Fett and the retired Clone Trooper)

In-game, type /bug
next select "Technical: Graphics.."
or some category like that.
Then type your bug report and submit.
You have maybe a 50/50 chance of them thinking about fixing it, and a good chance you just wasted your time, but hey - if you want to get anything changed in the world you gotta at least try right?

Why is Boba and the retired Clone Trooper suppose to be the same height as a Strom Trooper? Well Jango, Boba and all the other Clone Troopers were 1.83 metters tall. They might be that in the game but I am not sure. Storm Troopers, Scout Troopers and what not are all suppose to be the same exact height, 1.83 meters tall. I was the same height as Boba and I had Clone Trooper armor on and someone was like, arent you a little short for a Storm Trooper?
If you don't agree with them being 1.83 meters tall, go to Starwars.com It says how tall everyone is there and they are the exact same height. Which makes me wonder, if Storm Troopers are clones of some kind?

If youtalk to that clonetrooper you say something along the lines of "I thought you all died because of advanced aging" or some such nonsense, to which he tells you that all his parts are not natural. That being the case, it would account for a difference in height between him and Boba Fett(if there is 1) since they were both cloned from the same source. As far as the STs and Boba/Mort, Here is a quote from GL himself:
"The idea is that over time, there were new clone strains introduced, and then they even conscripted guys to be Storm Troopers. So it's not just purely clones: It started out as clones, but then it got diluted over the years as they found out they could shanghai guys [more cheaply] than they could build clones."

By the time of ANH STs consisted of both clones(from more than one strain) and recruits. This is even evidenced in game by an Imp officer in Bestin asking you to get a sample of the Death Watch overlord's blood to clone a new batch of STs.
Now, the only actual error is the fact that all the STs are the SAME height, as they should actualy be differing heights like in the classic movies(for the reasons in the above quote). But the reason why their all the same height is SOE just made 1 ST model.

I dunno if Mort is taller or shorter than Boba, I'm just saying IF he is, there is an in game explanation. And some of the STs are clones(see Lucas's above quote), but some are also recruits.
Why exactly should Boba and the Clone Trooper be the same height as the Storm Troopers? If you are assuming that the Storm Troopers are Jango clones as well then you are wrong. As you can see here the Storm Troopers stem from MANY hosts as well as conscripts - so the Storm Troopers you see today aren't the same as Clone Troopers.

most voices sound about the same through a stormtrooper helmet. Even Lukes and Hans in a new hope sounded like every other stormtrooper
