Thread: Stasis... NEEDS TO BE NERFED!

Its good in all 1v1 duels, and 2v2's 3v3's with team work. But once u get over the 4 mark or un organized teams its a waste of force. U need to change the title of the thread casue people arnt going to read your whole post and just start flaming u. lol

Stasis is the new anti-BH attack. So why is it not overpowered? Well because unless you have extremely organized PvP, it is useless in large-scale battles.
So to end this seemingly short rant, statis is not over-powered, it is just best against BH's.

I dont think stasis needs a skill nerf, but I do think the amount of time it affects you needs to be reduced. I honestly think its to long.

stasis is nothing but a longer CM paralyse. On top of that it i very hard to stick..when i use it on BHs it takes 3-4 attempts to get the stasis to stick, wasting force.

It's one of the FEW master specials that works in a balanced way.

I understand your post. You are not calling for a nerf (I am anti nerf) but I always find these post funny because of the timing. Statis never really bothered me until last night .........Statis was my personal pain in a$$ all night.
Statis: Jedi gets away
Statis: Jedi sits and medidates
Statis: Jedi casually talks to his freind (quite humiliating LOL)
Statis: Food, buffs, switches outfits
hehehe what a night I had!

With cloak fixed, Ibet that stasis is going to be the next big target for the nerf cries.

Idont see y, its same as all other roots to an extent. People dont understand jedi are supposed to be 1.5 times stronger. But once they startto be it , all others wine an cry.I think root is the most stupid move the devs could have ever thought about.

Yeah. And I'm a Master Enhancer, so I think I understand pretty well the limitations/balance of stasis as a skill: it's a master box skill, it has a30 second immunity after itsbroken, it breaks on damage, to fit it in my template I had to give up a LOT of defense, etc.So I honestly think it's a very balanced skill.
However, and this might be my biased view since I <3 Enhancer, but with the cloak nerf I think Master Enhancers are going to be the biggest pain in the a$$ for BHs with stasis/fr3 being the only viable escape anymore. And I think that's where the nerf cries will come in. 
But I could be wrong. Nice not to get flamed for once, /hi5

Well, newer jedi get a saber of like 280dps un modded. so, they suck. well. we suck. cuz i do have a jedi. unless youre pre nerf. most now are post.
now, youre asking for a nerf stasis, and someone else in this forum was crying about cloak too? are u for real? again, i always post this, where are the REAL bhs who hunted jedi with armor? tell these new ones something. and here i am thinking jedi (yes my own) whine the most.
So, weak saber hits, no cloak, no stasis. wow, u really just want to walk up and kill with no problem. sad. very sad.
