ok did he announce it or are you anoouncing it just to spread rumors and get everybodys hopes ups only to have it deflated when reality hits. I dont know how much more he wants to do at age 60, but hay, maybe somebody else can pilot it.

nope, i heard it on the radio this morning. the new movie is to be set 100 years before the phantom menace, and i believe the only character we will recognize will be yoda, who will be the main hero of the movie.

George isn't planning on making a next one. He discussed in some interview that hed like for there to be a new episode 88 years before ep 1, with yoda primarily being the main character. At the end of the interview he states that even though hed like to see this, he had no plans on doing it himself.
