Even if they do what is the value? I have never sat around thinking I wish my droids would report in faster or be more accurate, even at investigation III.

I'm a master BH and I don't worry about droid tapes. At master BH or investigation 4 too I think the seeker droids are reusable and don't decreas in number if you do "Find and Track" so what I do when i land is luanch 3 to 5 droids all at once. Once they start reporting back to me I get 5 back to back report of the Jedi's position, this helps really well if the jedi is moving.

MBH really dont need'm..They may be good for Inv4 Players or leveling BHs

its a bug that DEs have been trying to get fixed for sometime. find&track option does not deplete the seeker stack
