I hunt Jedi with bounties under 150k exclusively -- and darn proud of it. If someone wants to pay me 60k to fire a blaster bolt between the eyes of a Youngling, then so be it.

If you're a Master Padawan Hunter too, say it loud, say it proud, because there ain't nothin' to be ashamed of -- and don't let some FRS Knight tell you otherwise in his attempt to needle you into allowing him to grief you in combat.

Wouldn't it be great if there was an MPH Guild -- Master Padawan Hunters? I hope the idea catches on.

Oh man, this threads going to get interesting once the Jedi wake up in the morning (it's past most of their bed-times ).

But hey, hunting easier missions is fine by me. I try to do 150k and up, but that's just my preference. This game is all about capitolism, and hunting easier targets is an easier way to get cash.

I wish they would change the title granted at Investigation 4 from Stalker to Master Padawan Hunter. I would SOOO love to wear that title over my head.

Actually 150k might have been the old "youngling" line in the sand pre-CU. These days by the time a Jedi reaches 150k they are already quite tough.

Consider these ranges:

- Up to 60 - 70k: Pre-Jedi skills combined with respeced x000 Healer can make these targests arguably stronger than an MBH.

- 70k - 120k: Strong progression in x000 Healer, possible Defense, pre-Jedi skills defense, and pre-Jedi combat skills still very much viable. A number of combinations here can make for a challenging target.

- 120k - 185k: Very strong healing/defense, combined with any number of other tricks such as Cloak, Force Run, etc.

- Above 185k: Going to deal with one of two templated groups. Will either be Master Defenders if they played the respec right, for which even 3-5 bounty hunters is pointless to attempt, or a non-MD which is very difficult but not impossible for a BH group.

These are just very rough approximations based on observation. Point being is that there's truly no "easy" Jedi mission, five vs. a 50k target notwithstanding.

Good for you!

I hate paddies. They whine the loudest and complain the most. For some reason I get a strange satisfaction from killingtoons who can't type any sentence without, "omg" in it.

Master Defenders are not pointless to attempt solo, much less with a gank squad. I'd agree that a jedi with Master Defenderwho knows what he's doing, in a fair duel, will be able to defeat nearly every bounty hunter easily. However, (seemingly) 90% of jedi have no idea what they are doing, and it's your job to make sure that it is no where near a fair duel.
