Whats the formula for how accuracy affects damage with a weapon and how speed affects it also?

The formula is a bit complicated. Please excusethe variable names I use in the equation.

Accuracy = accuracymod*maxdamageonweapon / (theammountajediwhinesafteryoukillhim+hisdefenselevel)

When you shoot your accuracy is tested against the targetsdefense. The higher your accuracy is compared to the targets defense you will do damage closer to your weapons max damage. Likewise if your accuracy is lower than your opponents defense your damage will be closer to your weaponsmin damage.

Speed has no effect on the damage formula.
