I've taken 6 jedi missions in a row and on each one I got the message "Your target is not online". It took me about 2-3 mins to take all 6 missions and speak to the spynet guy. I was under the impression that missions were only generated for jedi that were online and that once they went offline their mission would not show up on the terms until they logged back in. Am I doing something wrong or is this another bug or is it "working as intended"? Thanks.

Nope, its a bug. Blix posted that they've got a server guy working on it.
Until then, when you get the bio-sig, just go ahead and launch a seeker in "track" mode. It'll give you the offline message without having to drive out and launch an Arakyd. The only drawback is the extra wait to get the "not on this planet" message if your mark is actually online.
