there is a pinned topic about informants i think, look at the top of the forum. Also try Bela Vistal on corellia. I remember using the spynet guy there alot. There is one in dearic on talus in the starport but he's master level. there is also one in nashal in the starport (not sure about his level). Also right next to the cantinna in mos eisly there is one. I think he might be low level spynet guy.

There are different levels of SpyNet Op's that you can talk to. It just depends on what level you're grinding through. Also, get enough Investigation XP to train Inv I & II at the same time (I believe 6000 XP). Inv II is a pain as you get little XP, and little payout for doing multi-planet missions.

when i did the BH grind that exactly what i did. I maxed out my inv xp which was called Bounty Hunter xp I think before the CU. When i trained i was able to train inv 1 and 2 and was halfway to level 3. not sure what the cap is now but always max out the xp before training.
