How do you get timestamps on your combat log? I've seen this mentioned in the forums, but don't know how to do it. Help!!

I've seen timestamps mentioned in the forums but don't know how to get them ion the combat log. Can someone tell me how? Thanks.

Just go to the Options menu (Ctrl-O), go to the Chat tab, and you can select the timestamp option.

You'd think I'd know this by now, but how do you turn on timestamps in your combat log?

no its not there, I just enabled it today too I forget where but definately not by the verbose messages

I think its in the same screen to enable showing network statistics

Does the verbose option enable you to see the damage the armor absorbs?

unfourtunatley it does show you how much a pre-cu saber hit you for after armour...

Yes. You want to select that one that's NOT the sumarize function. I'm pretty sure it's verbose, and then select all 4 check boxes to see it all. CAUTION this will produce a LOT of spam per combat function.
