Do you think it would be better to pick up the1st line of pistoleer, giving me 30 extra speed, or getting the 4th line and getting stopping shot?

a combo of both....extra +5 speed in the 1000 box and the improved stopping shot in the 0003 box.

I'm an MP so I love using Advanced Stopping Shot. It's worth getting MP just for that.

Stopping shot by miles although you should have enough for Pistols 1xx3
Stopping shot is the single best tactical attack in an MBHs arsenal. It can be used to stop an opponent from running, stop an opponent's momentum (defensive), root an opponent in front of a Krayt or Rancor (very handy). Root an opponent in front of unfreindly NPCs. Root an opponent so you can disengage etc...

Stopping shots not bad if you dont miss. When I had a template that had 360 accuracy without foods it would miss alot. Once you miss you have to wait for the sucker to cooldown. I chose to drop it for my mbh/mcm. The snare is good enough unless they exploit fr or have fr1. In which case nothing really helps alot. With the number of misses you get when fighting a jedi I went for accuracy over stopping shot.
