Is there a stat that effects the ability to heal, and if so how? Also does anyone know what the other stat effects such as dizzy, stun, and blind do? I think if I had a more thorough understanding of these concepts myself and everyone else may be able to put some ranged attacks into perspective, as well as bring some out onto our toolbars and try them out.
Input appreciated. ThankYou

To my knowlege states were broken in the CU and have yet to be fixed...could be incorrect.

ow yeah one more thing, I found out from a reliable source that dizzy mezzes healing, and stun mezzes defences a little as well as regeneration.

Stun is literally supposed to stop action regen/mind regen but that would be far too unbalancing. Heck, all you would have to do is wait for your opponent to get down on action, kd, and then stun them (or switch that). You could never get up nor could you do stun recovery because you have no action. Plus, it would force all Jedi to switch templates (oh what a mess that would be) to heal 4004 like PreCU.
Blind actually lowers the opponent's accuracy a lot and their defense a little.
Dizzy works the opposite.
I have seen that they do reduce your opponent's defense as I can do more damage, but only a tad bit more. The only thing states prevent you from doing is stuff like sitting/meditating/burst running (and prolly a few more that I can't think of). They are rather useless IMO in the current state of the game.

Dizzy is supposed to lower defenses now, haven't tested it myself though.

I agree, but wouldnt it be great if dizzy was made to prevent the ability to heal, and given a little higher chance of effecting its intended target?

Dizzy = -10 defense
Blind = -10 accuracy
Stun = -10 accuracy and defense
By the time you get the last of these 3 on, the first is starting to go thats how much of a pain in the butt it is to get them to stick. Sometimes all 3 will Stick right away, others none will stick. The way they stick sucks now and should be altered.
