Thread: Identify Target not working at all for me :(
what lvl of invest are you. If only 1 or 2, obviously you cannot track.
The first time I tried to use identify at invest 2, It took about 3-5 minuts for the droid to actually find my target once I was on the correct planet. So if you are not waiting long enough, you are just waisting droids.
If you are getting to the point of it finding your mark, then you get to a waypoint with no mark, he is moving.
I learned the hard way that as soon as the seaker finds the mark, it looses track of it within 10 seconds. as soona s it looses track, you have to launch annother, that way, when you get to an empty waypoint, you don;t have to wait as long for an update, and your target will be easier to find.
This is with the assumption you are hunting NPC's
If I'm not evan close to the issue you're having, my appologies and ignore what I said.

I believe you have to now be within 1000m of the mark to use it. Sucks, I know.
Heh, I can't believe I've never known that.

I never knew it till a few weeks ago. My droids always reported the names when I launched as soon as I landed on the planet they were on.
