Thread: BH Shots What combo do you use?

I am master BH, master carbs, with some Combat medic.


For tactics, well, it depends on what I am fighting. However, typically I like to aim/eye shot first though, then use the BH underhand kd shot, followed by a fire, poison, or disease. Its hard to get more than a few states to stick on a higher level target though. Leg shot and critical shot do a lot of damage, so i get a few of those in.Depending on how things are going at this point I may keep up with the leg/crit shot or use more poison ect. A nice confusion (stun) is nice too. I save the second KD and snare shot incase they try to run or if things get a little dicey for me and I have to put a little distance between us.


Duelist stance is a must. As a former TKM, I can appreciate its usefulness. You do have to be still when it is invoked and stay still until you see the icon, but it idoes help screen away some ofthe attacks. You have to get used to keeping it up and running and that can be difficult to get used to.


Basically I figure if i can get a state like stun or blind to stick for a bit and have a fire/disease/poison eating his health, I got a chance. Maybe things would be different if I had a proton carbine. Right now i rotate between a nym carbine, an elite carbine (990 dps), and a nice bowcaster (its a wookie thing).I have some nice pistols too, forget what they are and their stats, but dont use themmuch in PVP because of the rangeis limited. Of course ifa knight or master gets to hacking at you for any length of time at close range all bets are off....:-)

never under estimate startle shot i use it when they get kded or low on health, stops tehm doign anythign for 5 secs

Afternoon all. I'm looking for productive posts on the BH shots you use effectively aganist Jedi.


I've heard Critical hit is nice, torso shot as well. What combo's do you use?

for example I am a master bh/ master carbineer/ pistoleer 0404


I use leg shot, critical, torso shot, knockdown, critical, leg shot, and have a bomb droid attack them while I am doing this. I am going to start testing again on monday but that is usually what I do. Torso shot is very nice can bleed for as much as 140 damage and does a good amount of damage on its own.

wow...really? ive used bleeds before, but never seen them go that high.



same template (except 0004 pist/0020 medic) ....and only real tactic i use is kd/dualiststance/heal/crippling/parawan(food)

i only use torso shot on mdefs lol...i usually do /underhand /critical /headshot /critical /headshot....replace headshot with your dmg attack if you're not a rifleman like me.

duelist is a waste of ham unless you're rooted, bleeds stack that's why his ticks for more than your's, just alternate between crit and your other best damage attack, then switch to ranged shot and placed shot when you run low on action, make sure you switch with enough action left to kd recover if needed.
