A lot of burst running and visitingofthe Ryyat Trails.
They said insome interview that seekers will likely never work on Kashyyyk. ![]()

yeah it will suck. you can't get a mission on a jedi you spotted at the coronet starport or something.
thats exactly why they are doing this. But there needs to be a mechanic that punishes the starport duelers...

I agree with you. Saber tef would help keep the starport duelers in check. I can accept the tc changes if droids worked on kashyyyk, but they dont. After publish 20 goes live, Kashyyyk will be the official safe haven for Jedi.
Acheron5 wrote:My preference over Saber TEF is more universal. Jedi duelers aren't the only players who exhibit inconsistent behavior, just the most aggregious. I would prefer seeing cities armed with turrets that fire upon any player who behaves inappropriately, starting with placing turrets in the starport. If a Jedi lands with a lightsaber or robe equipped, the turret gives him/her a new ticket to the cloner. If a rebel player lands in an Imp city wearing reb armor then once again, turret sees this and sends the dude to the cloner, and vice versa. Just examples, others come to mind.Make the turrets hackable and add a few terminals to the local city hall and there's a nice enhancement to the metagame that also regulates player behavior.
What you are saying is crazy. The devs would never implement a good idea like that!

I can accept the names being removed if things were equal, but, things are not equal when it comes to Kashyyyk. Since seeker droids don't work on Kashyyyk, how are we suppose to find our targets after publish 20 goes live and the names are removed from the terminals?? Please, no flaming because this is something that needs to be addressed.
I posted this somewhere else.
I believe that after Publish 20 you will see less and less people grinding on Kashyyk. Here is why. The Xp gain on Kashyyk is much less that which can be gained in a group. The only place really worth grinding onKashyykis the Ryyatt trail. But here the Wookies generate Visibility. Now thatgroupmates no longer generate Visibility, you will see more and more Jedi on other planets grinding for the higherXp grind. So over time as people realise that they can get better/faster Xp in groups without gaining visibility; they will begin to leave Kashyyk and grind in groups.
What I believe this means for BH's. Over time you will see less low level Padawans on the terminals, as they are grinding in groups and not generating Visibility. My opinion is those who are getting on the terminals will be Full templates (or close) who no longer fear getting on the terminals and dont need the safety of grinding in a group. Those few low level padawans who get on the terminals will be those who are PvP'ng or doing theme parks and missions that require NPC interaction(corevette, Avatar, etc). Come to think abou it how many low level Padawans do you see hunting Night Systers, or Janga and other NPC's?
So be careful who you hunt. If I'm correct, in a couple months, there will be less people hunting on Kashyyk. But of those that are on the terminals, those that are on Kashyyk will be the Lower Pads with vis, those who are not on Kashyyk will most likely be Higher Templated Jedi so be ready for a fight.
None of this takes in account those who want to Hung AFK, or those who are in transit for training or attending guild functions. I'm just thinking of plain grinidng.
My point is this, and no offense to the many good Jedi I do know in this game: Grinding like a fiend on a video game does not give you unbridled freedom to ask for whatever your heart desires. If this minority of Jedi whiners keep this up, pretty soon Jedi and their alts will be all that is left.
And before anyone gets on their Publish 19 soapbox, let me
say this: Many professions get tossed to the wayside every publish, IMO, for the sake of another Jedi issue/Jedi gripe/Jedi fix. How ungrateful can you guys be? You're the ones that holed yourself up for months on end to have that toon. It's not my fault or anyone else's that your personal lives have suffered as a result. Quit taking your shortcomings out on the rest of us!
