Bounty Hunter Archive

Back when I was BH the Rryatt trails were in full swing (I know it's happening again...). So I had just recieved my brand new spiffy Proton Carbine and wanted to see how I could do against some live marks.

Now, I'm no uber pvp'er and I know there were hundreds of BH'ers better than me. But I was in it for the fun.

So here we are just a little post-cu and I wanted to try my hand at it. So, I get myself a mission. Low and behold he's on Kassyk. A few of my friends were running missions down the Rryatt so they spotted him for me. I was MBH/MRifles/Carbs. I head down the trail and here's my mark spinning away with his buddies.

I ran past them and of course got incapped by a few wook's on the way. Funny thing, the Jedi actually saved me because they wanted the exp from the wooks. I thank them, /tipHat and move down the trail a bit. Here's where I thought I was "craftey". I /prone and /cover. Then begin to slowly crawl to what I thought was the best possible spot to hit my mark.

I get in position and waited another 30 minutes to be sure they thought I moved on. Here's where it gets funny. The guy is in the middle of spinning when I decide to open up. /coverShot, /snipershot.... OH CRAP! Now the wookies all aggro me because I did more damage. I panic, stand and start to run. Now the Jedi is smacking me with Saberthrow while the wookies are beating me down. I cancel the mission (duh...) of course, I incapp. Jedi comes by and still has a TEF so of course he kills me dead.

Needless to say, it was then that I realized I was never gonna be Boba Fett. LOL! Yeppers, I noobed myself to death. The Jedi wasn't a jerk and I /telled with him for a few to figure out what the heck I did wrong (besides everything) but, all in all it was a lot of fun.
