Word is, you need this stuff for the Armor break slice. i also heard that it is loot. i was wondering what mobs dropped them. thank you

You'll finda list in the smuggler forum. But none of it is conclusive. Pretty much any low level fractional mob has a chance at it. But it's rare, maybe 1 out of 200 kills.

Alternatively you can do low level BH missions, the shock padding will drop there but also very rarely. On my server prices have gone from 5k padding to 200k currently. I suspect it will be higher even still.

How can the new players who want to fight someone with a Armor Break skill do well without an Armor Break slice on armors? Correct me if I'm wrong but you're dead in a few seconds without an Armor Break slice suit if you fight someone with Armor Break skill. How can we new players afford a 500,000-1,000,000 credits worth of 1 single Shock Absorbent Padding? This armor will also decay fastbecause we can't afford to buy several ADK.

Devs,can you at leastassure us (your paying subscribers)that this item is dropping and who drops it?
