Thread: Have we gotten an official answer yet on AB slice bug??

If we have can u post a link in here, If we haven't can we get a dev or someone in here to let us know if they are aware of the problem and if they intend to fix it and if they are do they have an ETA??

Well, having delt with SOE and SWG for almost 2 years, don't expect them to ever admit that they F'd up. If it does get fixed they won't tell anyone, just like they haven't acknowledged that they broke it. But the official word, is that it's a Smuggler issue and it has been addressed and sticked by the Smuggler coresspondent, Wes. I would think they'd try to fix this as its one of the main and most popular slices a smuggler can do nowadays. Sam did encourage us to test and give any constructive information that we could provide to the Smuggler forums on this, that's about all he can do.

how is armor break sliced items bugged, all my armor is ab sliced and its fine for me

If U have armor break sliced armor u will actually take more damage than if u had unsliced armor. so if u r wearing armor with the same exact stats 1 sliced 1 unsliced and u took a hit of 1000 the unsliced armor u would get hit for 500 the other sliced armor u would take 900 in damage. (or something to that effect)

I went to take a look at the smugglers forum and read up on it but im just not getting it, ive been hunting jedi solid since the patch 24 and have yet to lose to a jedi, got my pvp rateing up to 1856 today

and is your armor sliced?? and if thats the case it is efecting some and not others which is even more BS.

every piece of my armor is 75% ab sliced and 1% absorbed, plus adk on each but the bracers

well it is broke hence all the threads on it. I am trying to keep this post only for Updates or further info on this bug though so we have 1 thread we can go to for info on updates and dev responses.
