Thread: Tips on killing jedis with my template ... MBH/MCM/0004 pistoleer

Well i decided to take a break on my jedi and start playing on my other characther. I just finished grinding him to MCM/MBH/ pistoleer0004 , and i was wondering what kind of tapes should i get for this template , and what kind of weapons should i use for killing jedis? i have about 40 mill to spend and i want to get some really good tapes and weapons. I already got 8k+ kinetic BH armor , and 8k + recon armor. thanks for any tips you guys can give me

I reccomend kinetic guns due to the psg if your using pistols great sac is a huge part if your drop to low you will get knocked down and if you cant afford to get back up your done and with that if you need to hodl back on shooting to make sure this dosent happen too mutch its a problem food is a huge deal take long duration food ahead of time to get room in your stumach to get even more buff potential get a armor break mitigation slice and some nice padded or ris armor stack accuracy and take pyro adn synthsteak to further the mitigation of damage andaccuracy so that you can keep your damage flowing and they dotn have time to heal at all get some nice enhancers for your dots and use ruby bliel to kee your healing optimized and use your bacta shots when you have full mind also try and pick your battles. so many jedi like to tell you to fight them when you show up this is usually a bad idea

ok U definately need to use Recon armor. LS's do Energey damage so u'll want Ubese or other recon. Pistols: SAC Cap is 65, i suggest getting one made with that. The 180+ Enhancded cells/casings can make a Sac Capped and Damage capped pistol. I have a pretty nice one in my sig.

When you are using his template you dont get the full mitigation to movement/ROF/etc. He would be better off getting good battle or assualt armor then going for a higher energy resist one but have lower movement and all that. Also I agree with the other poster, get a kinetic pistol. Some people choose the scatter, I go with the Featherweight.
As for attachments, I find with that template I am in need of pistol/ranged accuracy and pistol/ranged speed. Both of those will help alot. Also get your self a BE bando and a shirt. Both with add +16 to ranged/meele defense. Add in a couple Aa'kuan (sp?) rings and you will be close to 290 ranged def and around 250 (I think) meele def. The shirt and the bando will also allow you to have ca's so you can try for those instead of aa's so you dont loose anything when your armor is destroyed. Lastly get some of the 4 socket gloves/boots/belt. This will give you a total of 20 sockets available. Also if you can find them for cheap, go for some bio-supression ca's. This will slightly prolong the time the debuff is applied.
Oh also forgot. Get some neurotoxin, deutronium. bacta toss, etc enhancers. They are slightly expensive, but they do make a difference.

i am mbh/mcm with all the rest of my points in FS skills. thats right, no root, no advanced weapon skills, and NO TAPES. the only tap i have is a +14 MWE.
get a good fwg5 with the +15 acc and a +55 acc or higher scope. mine total +78 acc.
Use a damage pup. you will want your minimum damage to be as high as possible. make sure the sac is capped at 65, or even 70 can be acceptable.
AB slice on armor is great, it will keep you alive.
Next, get some d-toss and neurotoxin enhancers. better stick, better tick.
Now, this is all you need. I made almost 3 million last weekend killing 15 full template jedi (ok, 2 were between 150k and 200k). I lost 3 times. I have killed two each day this week since then, and not dies again yet.
tactics:
walk up with NO DEFAULT ATTACK. a default attack will screw this up.
Paralyze, traumatize, drain, rupture. Later, if you see them using action, hemmorage. hemorrage is useless against pre-cu sabers w/ 0 SAC.
Then I lay the dots, infect, neurotoxin, d-toss.
Put ranged shot on auto attack and throw all the criticals and torso shots you can at him. Save your kd to when he gets to 50% health. then take some deuterium-pyro for more acc, kd, crit, torso and hope you get some ticks in. A lot of times jedi will try and stand instead of heal. Then they fall back down dead. It takes some excellent timing to not make it a dragged out battle. I managed to kill Dorisk, a pre-cu jedi w/ a perfect saber last night by outdamaging her heals with timing of specials and some lucky ticks. She said it was the first time in a very long time anyone had killed her (maybe now she will stop dueling with those tools from US-SF in theed).
Also, dont forget some ruby bliel and 1100+ stim D's. Use the stims when you can to save mind.
Oh, and if they run around a house to break LOS like a little pansie, /rude and move on. I hate wasting time.
Now go kill some jedi!
