Thread: Perfectly good evening hunting NPC marks ruined by.....a tree

Ever put your speeder on auto-pilot and turn away only to find that you have run into a building or a GCW base? After doing quite a few NPC mark missions tonight I was tracking down yet another criminal and had my speeder on auto-pilot while reading the forums....I ended up in an Imperial fort (the small kind). Thing is...right after I flew in...a huge Yavin IV style tree spawned literally right in the middle of the entrance to the fort....looks like my mark gets away for the moment....wish stuff like this wouldn't happen...kinda lame to have to wait for some CSR to save me (eject and unstick don't work in situations like this).
Moral of the story...watch where your flying...a game bug may come up and bite you in the (_|_).

I had similar issue but ncp was the tree lol
I could see him but he was the tree I think
had to abort
Also was 4000m or so from the nearest suttle port ./cry

Can't decide if I should wait for a CSR or just logout and play another character...bah..i wanted to be a BH tonight.

I once rode a speeder into a SF base and dismounted at what was supposed to be the door and ended up somehow between the backwall and an evaporator/generator and there was no way out until a CSR came and moved me, the sad thing was I was the BH for the takedown of the base. Teamspeak was never so funny, well maybe on Drunk TS nights.
