Thread: So i looted a crystal..

Finally managed to get a crystal off an NPC mark, its clear with a condition of 1006, so is this a premium or do i have to find me a jedi to check it?

I'll bet it's a "good" or "quality"
unless you looted it off of some non-cl80+ mob, then it could be a "fair" or "poor"

Yep, should ask a Jedi to check it. But more than likely it will be "good" since its coming from an NPC around lvl 80 - but you only know for sure after a Jedi told you (and didnt lie to you).

nothing better than "good" has droped since cu (bug) and condition has nothing to due with the quality of the crystal or how well it will tune.

Is good. If you want get a quality must kill force sense o DJM level 111-113 or so.

Ask your next mark to check for you just before you attack them

It is a "good" (but have a jedi check it, just to be sure).
I got 8 crystals off marks and they were all "good", so..
Even DJK/DJM stopped dropping quality, only quality crystals I can loot nowadays come off those lvl111 named npcs on Dantooine.

I have looted 3 or 4 with my BH so far, they have all been good and have tuned very badly.

And even premiums and flawless (and both no longer drop) sometimes tune so bad that it is a real waste of money :/
But since the new Jedi are willing to buy good crystals for 500K and more, I can't say I'm unhappy when I loot one

they dont all tune bad. i know jedi that have gotten decent tunes off all types of pearls and crystals, heck one guy tuned a 90 on a fair. That isnt that bad compared to 26.

Anyway, a saber full of 90dmg crystal is only good to kill meatlumps, or such..

As much as i would like to agree and call the lack of better than "good" Jedi loot bug. It seems a little convenient that no one can build"high end" LS's like the ones Pre CU.
