Was fighting a jedi and he would root me what seemed like every 30 seconds. Does their root have that short of a cooldown timer? Pistoleer root cooldown seems to be much longer. Any ideas anyone?

Are you sure it was root and not stasis... stasis can be continually reapplied. Force Surpression (root) cannot. It has a 20 second timer (I think) between roots.

Was definitely a root - I could attack or do toher things.
So its a 20 second timer. That's good to know.

Dont forget that it costs like 150force to root someone with suppression so its mostly a waste of time if you use fr1 and isnt snared
