Nope. Not with Droids anyway. They dont work because of the Instances. The best you can do is find a Ranger to help you track, and search every instance. Otherwise, you have to search every single instance thoroughly yourself. Although a good place to start would be the Webweaver Trail on the Ryatt trails. The Jedi like to grind there. Or atleast they used to.

Wich reminds me....Is Player track being removed from Ranger? I thought I read somewhere that Area Track was being removed, but cant recall anything about Player Track.

and even with that, you dont know what your mark's name is, so a ranger would be usless anyways

Good point. I retract my previous statement. When tracking Jedi on Kashyyk.....Youre Scr3w3d. Just Tab through every instance.

Here's a few tips for you.

The first place to look for jedis is on the Rryatt trail. There's three common places on thewebweaver level they camp AFK on. To reach them unequip your weapon and burstrun/heal your way down to the first feral wookie village. This is the first and oldest place jedi use to camp. Use tabbing to find him.

There is one road to your left and one on the other side of the feral wookie village. On the opposite side of the wookie village is an small platform before the trandoshan village. This is the second jedi camp place. For small groups only.

If you still havent found your mark, he might be at the third place. Recently I have found all my marks at this place. You just have to continue the road to the left of the first wookie village. Burstrun/heal your way down again. After a while there comes an other, smaller feral wookie village. This is the third place.

When your done searching the instance just walk to the intersection between the treebranches and the platforms and type /unstick. It will teleport you back the the rryatt trail gate instantly. Then you can go on and check the next instance or head home after a completed kill. I usually find my marks on instance 5,4 and 2. But remember that it always shifts. Also always check the clone spot to the leftinside therryatt trail gate, pretty often they still stand there after getting killed at the lower instance.

If your mark isnt on the rryatt trail - check the myydril caves. Its easier, cause you can see the whole place and if theres anyone there on the overhead map. Also run thru the Dead Forest, sometimes they are out there killing stuff.

Still not found him? Head home, pick a new mission or travel around Kashyyyk and do some quests, while sending a seeker once in a while. It will tell you if the mark is still there/offline or has left the planet.

Good Hunting!

wait at the starport in karchiro (spelling?) and then use the target button to see your mark. You have the first attack benefit so it will target them >=)

Ranger has the ability to /areatrack. It brings up 3 options. Track animals, track NPC's, track players. You pick which option you want and hit "areatrack". You then get a window pop-up that shows every animals/npc/player within a specific radius....if I recall it's about 500m. Next to each animal/npc/player it tells a direction and distance..... example: xDiggerx NW 320m. This would then indicate that my alt, xdiggerx, is 320m to the NW of my current location.

Its not all that great to be honest with you. Plus, with the Ranger revamp coming....tracking is leaving Ranger and not being re-implemented into Scout (as creature harvesting, etc.. is....).
