I found out the hard way today that BH mission difficulty is unlike other mission difficulty...lol..i picked a lvl 17 mission or so it said....(im a 19 with novice BH one skill in carbs and novice rifleman) i found my target..surprisingly only 200m away...and i see a little purple blob next to him..hes a lvl 48...so im like WHAT?! it said 17...but anyways..i thought id share my noobishness for all those to laugh...but is it even possible to complete a BH mission without being a master of a combat profession?....or had i just better master carbs before i bother with investigation?............................Imefro...Tarquinas...Carbineer BH...but most of all...the Abominable Wookie

Find your informant and blast him for giving you bad info!

Happenes to me too. I am CL 40 and my last mission said it would be CL31, but I knew better... I found the guy - a CL 43 Rodian. I don't mind a little fluctuation in the CL level of the mission and the actual mark, makes it seem more realistic and challangening, but a lvl 19 shouldn't be getting lvl 48 missions.

"When Sony and Lucas set out, we said, 'How can we do this and not make another EQ?' We didn't want it to be all about Luke, or combat, or lock our players into a class. So we created a system that would allow players to switch professions during the game, and there would be a lot of gameplay around making that change. If you want to go from architect to scout we've created a system to make that happen." - Julio Torres

hehe your best bet is to hold off on the Inv missions until you are closer to the 0/4/4/4 mark. I know it stinks having to wait, but with 2x XP going on you are probably better off grinding up the rest of your skills instead of wasting the time driving 1/2 way across planets just to abort the missions until you can finally find something you can kill.
