Yes they work....I have a full suit of BH droid bonuses that give about +12-23 to all four BH droid stats. At master it grants almost no bennefit. At 3xxx it almost makes it as good as master. Back in the day for the 'dablers' if they wanted faster and more updates this was an option...IMO now dont spend much cash on it, cause it is mostly for brag'n rights then any actuall use.
