I know Slices are random. But, dont the tool affect the %? I know nothing about smuggler I admit 
But I know a couple things about crafting. And I know that with lousy tools and crafting stations it dont matter how good resources you got. You get crap results. So, are there any stats on the tools you use that canaffect the slice? in anyway?

Currently no, nothing but the slice gods affect slices. 100% (relative 
) randomness.
Quality doesn't affect anyhting a smuggler does including spices, tools, how tired he is, whether a crafting station is nearby or whatever. Now the alignment of the planets may have some efect but that's still in testing.

With the increased droppings the way i see this is that we now can controll the market for these tools. They wont sale for 100k unless we break down and start saleing them for that. We can make out own prices on these items.

that is true i had 5 cores and so many interframes i couldn't couldn't count

Since I dont have my own vendor or know anyone that has a vendor I can use, I just sell them on the bazaar for 20k each and I seem to make a good profit with them. How much should I sell them for?

Depends on the server, you can get 750k each from ICB's on Chimaera.

Yes, you can make your own prices...
Also, the way I see it, I can charge insane prices to slice weapons for BH's like you...and slice for for insanely LOW prices to BH's who have a bit of common sense...
A much better solution would be to GIVE the loot to friendly smugglers, in exchange for FREE slices on your gear...for example, provide the smuggler with TWO triggers, provided they use one of them on your weapon...no cash need ever exchange hands...
Thankfully for me, I can just loot my own tools and avoid the whole mess...

Which NPCs drops the simple tool kits, finely, adsorved, ........ I have a buch of top slices components but can't find simple ones.

Can someone tell me if Precision Laser Knives and Molecular Clamps are good for anything.
