I'm thinking of training for Bounty Hunter. I have read several articles but they contridict each other on what is required. Some say you have to be master all 4 skills in both marksman and scout. Other says you need to master 1 skill from marksman and1 skillfrom scout.
I currently have skills 3333 in marksman and 2222 in scout. But I think training in pistol and carbine may be a waste of time since I will always be using a rifle in combat.
Plz can you confirm exactly what skills i need to train as BH?
Also when I become bounty hunter, can I also be a rifleman so I can also use the sniping/stealth abilities while hunting?

to qualify for Novice BH - you need xxx4 marksman and 4xxx scout - if you look carefully at teh skills trees those ones will have bounty hunter written above them

As already posted yes all you need to be a BH is 4xxx in scout and 4xxx in marksman. However... to become mBH you have to havepistol, carbine, and rifle experience and bounty hunter experience (killing your marks). Most BH try to choose one of the alt combat professions to suit thier needs or thier likes... I am a master Rifleman cause i love sniping and stalking. But some are Pistoleers cause the pistol is quicker and can do a decent amount of damage and they have a root capability. I have seen very few mCarbines but im sure they are out there and are just as successful. One thing that I think that most BH will agree on is you would need to have some skill trees in medic/combat medic. Healing can definitely help you out of a sticky situation when you are first learning the BH trade. ( I know it has helped me out immensely.) Once you choose your template, another suggestion. Until you have the need to drop skills, DONT. Someone you might know might need training in those areasand if youve already worked them up its very helpful to keep them and train others to help them avoid the cost of training. You can drop them at any time when you need to for the skill points.
Hope that helps
