Thread: Stopping Shot Question...does it have a timer where it can't be reapplied?

Or can you just spam it every 13 seconds or whatever timer isand effectively keep them from moving whatsoever

timer is 30 seconds i think... would be nice if it was 13 though
you can use it everytime the timer runs out... but that doesnt mean it will always hit.

It lasts for ~15 seconds and the ability timer is maybe twice that, but with2 pistoleers you can
effectively keep a permanent root on something.

blah k...was considering switching from rifles to pistols, but with that low of damage i don't think i'd be able to stop jedi from leaving if they wanted to.

Hmm, I was under the impression that the cool down timer for SS was 60, with effects lasting 10 seconds at Pxxx1, 20 seconds at Pxxx3, and 30 seconds at MP. It's been awhile since I've been MP, but as I recall the cool-down clock was always at the "6 o'clock" position (half expired) when the state wore off. Seeing as how 30 is half of 60, this seems to make the most sense.

Actually timer is 50 seconds, at advanced the mob is rooted for 20 seconds. Now if you miss, well you just have to wait 50 seconds.
