Thread: to nathienalstarr- in responce of the pathedic jedi tactic. from one of the jedi you fought!
ok first off. nath you logged the other night before i could tell you good fight. durning it i was yawning or laughing my ass off. anyways hope too see you again and im sure i will.
my side of the story!
ok i give you credit. you wern't doing a bad job fighting me. it was just too even of a fight between us. yes i would say you are one of the better bh on the sever, but not the best. no i am not flaming you i am tring to be honest. i myself am not the best jedi on sever. always remember if you think you are the best there will always be someone better.
nice job on catching me of guard. i had just finished spinning a lair and had just started to regn my force when i seen you come running up. not that you really suprized me. i expected you to be back after killing one of the other jedi in the group. i figured you had seen me there and was determed to come after me. sorry for the couple of nights before lol. my group had been waiting to go to the vette for over an hour and it was getting late.
soon as i seen you i had to drop a holo. since i was at about 25% force. i hit a health crystal cause i knew if i didn't kill you in the first 5 mins. i was going to be in for a long fight. after are scuffle the few nights before i knew i was in for the long haul. if you noticed when we first started i was using a double-bladed saber. this is my grinding saber. my 2 handed is what i use for pvp situtations. i later changed to my 2 handed. this was all due to the fact i have one set of top quaility pearls with good tunes. just shy of being prefect tunes. no im not in anyway making excuses. i did try to attack you with all i had using my double. but i just couldn't do enough damg to you. at this point i decided to change tactics by waiting out your foods and buffs. lil did i know that jedi are able to change pearls from saber to saber during a fight. i thought they had made it to wear they were locked down and not able to do that. i knew you could equip a different saber. yes i did attack you once at the end with my 2 handed . but i had just finshed a attack a few mins before and was still regning. i figured i would give it a go but just didn't have enough to finish you off. i then pulled back and was going to fully regn when you took off. i figured oohh well.
now with that being said. i did send you a tell and also committed in spratial. that you were back to try this again. and later that we should just give up. it was to even of a fight. and we could go on all night like this. yes i also accused you of exploiting. i just found it funny that you could kd me over and over before the 30 sec timer was up. also i notice that you mind bar never moved below 95%. this was even after your buffs had droped. and i was hitting you and you were healling.
about my kd recovery. yes at the being of the fight i wasn't using it. but if you noticed i got it working. on the other thread someone said the had to get "teach" me ( or something of that sort) to get my kd recory working. this was NOT the case. in fact my kd recovery icon had completely disappeard from my toolbar and from the combate specials log. in the log it did list it but didn't show the icon. i had thought i lost it. ended up that i had ran over it. after replacing the blank icon back on the toolbar i got it working. if you do not beleive me i put in a bug ticket in right after the fight and would be more than happy to give you the ticket number to prove this.

yes i was using improved infussion and healing for 1500 pts.
yes i was using improved aura. were you not using you duelist stance? after all these pretty much off set each other. if not might look into using it sometime. it might come in handy.
yes i was using improved force armor. after all jedi do not get armor . and seems to me that you were wearing armor. and im sure it had 8k resist.
you said you were using a 900+ damg speed caped pistol. i am sure you had a pup on it too. if not why? when i go hunt i go to kill and kill quick. funny thing was you were only hitting me for a lil over 200 pts damg the whole time. i was hitting roughy the same with my double and higher with my 2 handed. this tells me that are def. and off. are roughly the same. so a lil hint to you . i'd look into buying some acc AA's or some def. AA's. if not both.
where was you droid? if you would of had one i would have ran like hell. might look into getting one of those with the self-healing, medical bonus,combate modulales in it.
no i wasnt speed hacking. i never use anthing like that and am totally against it . and if i catch anyone doing it i will make sure that person is banned from game.

lol ohh i forgot something.
while the fact of the matter reamains. yes i stood there and let my force regn. but lets see . jedi are the only class that has a pool that is non buffable. when all other classes can have all 3 pools buffed and have to walk away for few sec to get full regn we have to wait. ya ya we have force regn. but have you ever noticed that this takes from 2 of our pools? and if not use carefully can put you in a very bad place. also are force bar is probably has the slowest regn rate compared to the pools size.

You were using a health crystal the whole time? If you were that makes alot more sense.
What pissed me off wasn't that you did it but because it was possible to do. I just don't think someone should be able to stand there and do nothing. To me that is a slap in the face to everyone and the spirit of the game. But if it takes a health crystal than Im not so worried about it. I got close to bringing you down a couple of times so maybe it's not such a gamebreaking situation.
I actually left the fight because I had to go to bed for work in the morning and I wasn't getting anywhere.
As for accuracy my accuracy is actually 303 (some AAs and from my gun) and I use pyro for an added 200 ( I think thats what it is) so that puts me upto 503. Improved aura from my understanding adds 500....with your base of at least 200 that ups you to 700. From my understanding that puts me at minimum damage (510 on my best pistol with a damage pup) already...throw in force armor and that drops me even further.
Duelist stance adds 250 to my defense. Defense wasn't an issue plus you have to stop moving while the warm up timer goes each time. I have a macro I use but it hardly ever gets triggered because of my fast moving fighting style. If a pistoleer stays still for too long against a Jedi it would not go well for us.
I don't use droids, I've just never bothered and I don't use dots either. I think I would maybe be even more successful as a BH if I was MCM but I don't like it. I don't want dots doing all the work for me, it would just be boring.
If I ever get your mission (which I can't choose to do btw) I'll try again. When I wrote that post I was just frustrated because it went on for over an hour and I had not encountered that particular tactic before andto me it just seemed very anticlimactic.
