This comming patch is going to really revamp squad leader..

Does anyone now if these new buffs will work on yourself if your not in a group, or if you group with a pet or friend from another planet.

If the buffs arent worth changing a current template, what if you hunt a jedi with a master squad leader friend?

From how I understand it:

1) Squad Leaders can't use individual buffs on themselves.

2) You can use the group buffs, but have to be group'd with someone/something (pet, droid I think should work). If you group with a friend though, I think he has to be at least some distance near you.

1) Correct.

2) Long as they do the group buff while grouped while their friend is near they can get buffed they can then hop planet ect and not lose the buff.
