....and all I got was 1 tier 3 and 1 tier 4 slicing component, and a belt and bicep appearance schematic.
One of those Boss marks was hitting me for over 780 damage at a wack and had 35k Health. Anyone else experiencing lower loot payouts?
Seeing as both of these Marks came within inches of killing me, and I got bloody lucky, I'd think that the payout would be a bit better.
And does it seem to everyone that these Marks are coming about 1 in 10 bounty's, because in 30 bounty's under the new system, I've had 3 of these.

Not only are their weapons just plain rediculous most of the time, but the loot off a boss seems WORSE on average than a normal lvl 82 or single elite mark. I can't count how many times I fight a boss mark, kill him, and loot an ICB or a Jar of Foraged Bugs.

Are you kidding? 2 BH schems in 2 bosses is very good. Even if you dont want them, you can sell them and make at the very least half a mil. What is wrong with you?

Boss marks are very unpredictable as to how hard they are going to be. I just had lvl 82 elite and had to laugh, it was hitting me for 39 damage each hit, It barely scratched me - I got a ca with jedi mod (cant remember which) / +9 melee accuracy / +4 melee def. Earlier today I got one that was lvl 82 elite that hit me for 800 and incapped me twice ( got a friend to come and help heal me ). When I finally got him dropped I looted - a valley view poster, and a heavy lightning cannon ( with bad stats too boot ). I seem to be pulling an elite every 7 missions ( so far I have done 136 missions - 18 elite double chevron, 57 single chevron, 61 normals ). All missions have been 31000+ payouts, with the best loot coming from the single chevrons.

I'm not complaining about the loot because I'm just glad that I can finally get loot. But I understand where ya'll are coming from. All of the quality loot that I get are from the marks that are 17k health and below. Out of the 5 30k and above health marks that I fought, i got only one thing good. And that was the Enhanced Power thingys with 181 max dmg. All the others gave me either a painting or a jar of bugs. I gota doubleblade lightsaber +13 ca from a 7k mark. The loot tables for these guys are totally random.

We finally have npc missions that are actually worth something. They have loot and they are an entertaining fight. Just be happy that you have a sure chance of getting loot off of every single mark. I dont know of anything else that has a 100% chance of dropping something. Besides the bugs and crappy weapons, everything you can loot has some value to it. Schems can sell for a few hundred thousand credits. I get so many smuggler tools that I just sell them on the Cnet bazaar for 10k-20k credits. All of these sold in one night and I made over 100k. It's not a lot but it's something. Be happy we got some love in Publish 21, or that we even got somelove at all.

Hmmn.....
When you call someone a Newb, you should probably look at YOUR registration date, and THEIR registration date. Just makes you look like the a$$ you appear to be.
Reward should ALWAYS match the risk. You should never get a Jar of Bugs from a Boss level mark, and you should never get a +11 LS Speed CA from a 7k mark.
Reward should also remain consistant. This goes for the entire system, not just BH Marks. I've killed countless NS Rangers and Stalkers and have gotten nothing more than credits and crappy vibro lances.
And as far as I'm concerned, the BH armor appearance schematics are not worth what some people appear to be paying for them. I wouldn't pay more than 50k for one. Their drop rate, from my notes, looks to be 1 in 5 marks and the difficulty of the mark doesn't matter. Too common for millions of credits except from credit-flushed BH's who can't stand to be the SECOND on their server to be wearing BH armor...

I would like to just say, registration date means NADA. The registration date is only the date someone registered on the forums, not first started playing galaxies. Plus, even if you start playing before someone else that doesnt mean they cant become better than you at the game. So basicaly, the registration date OR the date you actualy started playing mean NOTHING, its what you have to show for it, both in skill and otherwise that matter as far as who is a "noob"
