Thread: Old bounty hunter returning to the fight

I started at launch, and have always been a bounty hunter/creature handler (both master). I stopped playing right before combat revamp because I'm pretty casual and didn't want to take the time to learn a whole new system. Well I'm back and was hoping some of you could help me with a few questions. I tried to look up on the forumns and help options but these are the things I couldn't find.
1. After I attack something, I don't keep attacking it (no auto-attack). Is there a way to auto-attack something?
2. Is master bounty hunter/master creature handler even a viable option anymore? And it looks like I could drop some marksman and a line of scout now, do you have any suggestions if I should and where to put the points? I really don't want to change professions though if at all possible, and I don't pvp much.
3. I am still have my old composite armor (fully sliced) and old guns (lots of scatter pistols, carbines, and LLC's). Any suggestions on what keep and what to replace?
4. Some of my pets give me an error now when I try to call and change their stats. It won't let me. Is this a known bug that's being worked on? I also have a pet (my favorite) that I stupidly changed it's level and it turned to lvl 207 which I can't call now. Any suggestions on fixing that?
5. And any links you could give to me on some good threads that discuss this kind of stuff would be much appreciated.

Press control +click on the toolbar icon to set an attack as your autoattack.

You only need scout 4xxx and marksman xxx4 i belive for BH now, i'd say invest in some rifles or carbines (with two masteries you can get oen line, i'd say 4xxx rifls or x4xx carbs)

Assault armor should be around 7000 kinetic, 5000 energy and 6000 elemental, but it can be beter /worse in each stat i think. and pistols should be around 950 max damage(good ones) and rifles should be over 1000 damage.

All the stats of creatures have been adjusted to post-cu balancing, so 15k HAM pets are too good now. None of my pets were unbugged.
